We have lived this -

That's the credential!

We're not talking at you from the outside. We went through this too

— and that's exactly why we know how to help.

Jacqueline McGrath IWH Certified Wholistic Health Coach

I’ve always believed in living well — good food, movement, and making the most of every season of life. Family, adventure, travel, a great meal, a wave worth catching. Life felt full.

Until it didn’t.

What had always worked… suddenly wasn’t working anymore.

Low energy. Broken sleep. A body that felt unfamiliar — even though I was still doing all the “right” things.

I knew something had shifted.
I just didn’t understand why.

And I wasn’t willing to guess.

I didn’t chase trends or quick fixes — that’s never been who I am.
If I was going to change something, I needed to understand it first. My doctor says - welcome to the club - this is menopause. So does that mean it has to be that way? I needed to know.

So I went deeper.

I became a Certified IWH Wholistic Health Coach — not as a career move, but because I needed answers. Real ones. A way to look at the body as a whole system, not a collection of symptoms.

And what I learned changed everything.

Now, I help women who feel the same shift I did —
to finally understand what their body is asking for,
and how to support it with clarity, not confusion.

No noise. No extremes. No guesswork.

Just real answers for the body you’re living in now.

If this feels familiar…
let’s connect and start decoding what your body has been trying to tell you.

Foodie. Lab mom. Morning gardener. A woman who always believed food was the foundation of good health… until my body changed the rules.

Night sweats. Waking at 2 a.m. and staring at the ceiling. A brain that wouldn’t slow down. Energy crashes that made daily naps feel non-negotiable. At one point, I stopped recognizing my own body. I tried all the “right” things — but nothing seemed to stick. I started to believe this was just what life after 50 looked like.

But something didn’t sit right with me. Instead of accepting it, I got curious. I started paying attention — really listening to my body’s signals.

What was triggering the crashes? Why was my sleep off? What was my body actually asking for? That curiosity led me to go deeper.

I invested in my education and became certified in holistic health, so I could understand the body as a system — not just a list of symptoms.

And that’s when things started to change. With the right support — including targeted nutrition and supplements to fill the gaps — my body responded.

Better sleep. More stable energy. A clearer mind. Not because I guessed… but because I finally understood what my body needed.

Now, I help other women do the same.

Today, I use tools like the Decode Your Body Discovery — a comprehensive assessment designed to uncover what your body is signaling across key systems — so you don’t have to piece it together on your own. If your body feels unpredictable…

If you’re tired of trying everything and getting nowhere

There is a way to understand what it’s asking for. Because midlife isn’t the end of vitality — it’s where you learn how to work with your body, not against it

Why we built DeCode Your Body

We know what it feels like to stand in front of shelves full of health products, supplements, and wellness promises — staring at endless options and still feeling unsure about what your body actually needs.

We’ve always believed that food is powerful medicine. But the truth is, even the healthiest diet may still miss the mark for your unique body requirements. Add in busy schedules, convenience foods, stress, changing hormones, and everyday life — and it becomes even harder to know where to start.

Between us, we bring more than 48 years of combined experience in the food industry, family nutrition coaching, and certified wholistic health practice. But more importantly, we bring lived experience.

We know what it feels like when your body changes and suddenly the things that once worked… don’t anymore.

We built DeCode Your Body because we couldn’t find what we were looking for — a simple, honest, food-first conversation about health that didn’t feel overwhelming, confusing, or filled with unrealistic promises.

The questionnaire was created to help connect the dots between how you feel and what your body may be asking for. It’s designed to give you a clearer starting point — one that makes sense for your lifestyle, your goals, and your budget.

This is for the woman who has done the research, tried the trends, and is ready for something that feels more personal, practical, and grounded in real-life wellness.

Because understanding your body shouldn’t feel complicated. It should feel empowering.
